Jaguars Pounce on Beaulieu for Simply Jaguar – Sunday July 8th

Some of the sleekest machines ever to grace the roads will be arriving in style at Beaulieu on Sunday July 8th to join Simply Jaguar, the rally that celebrates Jaguar sports car and saloons of all ages.

Returning for its third year, a sparkling selection of Jaguars old and new will be at the heart of this popular event in the grounds of the National Motor Museum, as their owners park up to enjoy the show, admire the variety of cars on display and chat with like-minded enthusiasts.

With so many awe-inspiring designs in Jaguar’s back-catalogue, there will be something to please every fan of these revered drivers’ cars. Look out for examples of the latest F-type, F-Pace and modern and classic versions of the XK, not to mention the legendary E-type and collectable XJ-S.

Sports cars will not be the only impressive machines on display, with a variety of Jaguar sporting saloons expected. Classics such as the MkI, MkII and MkX, modern S-type, X-type, XF, XJ and luxurious Daimler-badged models are all welcome.

If a particular Jaguar catches your eye, then cast your vote in the People’s Choice Award. Throughout the day, rally participants and Beaulieu visitors will vote for their favourite car of the show, with the winner receiving a commemorative Beaulieu trophy and Autoglym prize, before leading a cavalcade of the most popular cars through the grounds.

For those driving Jaguars into Beaulieu to take part in the show, participant tickets are £10 an adult, £5 a child (aged 5-16) if bought in advance online, or £12 an adult and £6 a child if bought on arrival. All other visitors can buy a general admission ticket to Beaulieu at the standard attraction prices. For advance tickets or more information see www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-jaguar.

Admission tickets include entrance to all of the Beaulieu attraction, including the National Motor Museum and its collection of more than 250 vehicles, the World of Top GearOn Screen Cars, 13th century Beaulieu Abbey, the Montagu ancestral home of Palace House and its stunning grounds and gardens.

Entry is from 9am for rally participants, when the Brabazon Restaurant will be serving hot drinks and breakfast snacks. All other visitors should enter Beaulieu though the Visitor Reception building with a standard attraction admission ticket from 10am.

If you are taking part in the show and want to park up with your friends, please ensure that you all arrive together. To pre-book a club stand at least two weeks in advance of the event, contact the Beaulieu Events team at events@beaulieu.co.uk or on 01590 614614.
