Beaulieu
Magical Illuminated Trail
23 November – 24 December
Experience the new magical, after-dark, illuminated trail through the grounds and gardens of the Beaulieu visitor attraction this Christmas.
On selected dates between 23 November – 24 December, the tree-tops will glisten as the gardens and buildings shimmer with seasonal sparkle. There’s something for everyone as a one mile illuminated path winds its way through the grounds in a magical after dark experience.
Greeted by the sights and sounds of Christmas, wander beneath unique tree canopies drenched in seasonal colour.
Blenheim Palace
Cinderella – A festive fairy tale experience

Explore the State Rooms, seasonally decorated and lavishly themed into the magical fairy tale fantasy world of Cinderella…
Wander along colonnades and through historic rooms filled with hidden surprises, the sights and sounds conjure up much-loved fairy tale characters.
The Stepmother’s drawing room set for Afternoon Tea, the Ugly Sister’s room is bright and bold, scattered with clothes, books and shoes. Whilst Cinderella’s room is home to her delicate hand-made gown. Walk further into the crystal world of The Fairy Godmother, then along to the Prince’s charmingly grand room.
Midnight strikes, the clocks all chime, and as the story ends, hang your own wish upon the Wishing Tree in the romantically candlelit chapel.
Burghley
Burghley Christmas Fair with the Angel Fair

Burghley’s hosts its biggest ever Christmas Fair, with special Angel Fair fundraising evening, offering a unique opportunity to find perfect gifts in the beautiful Elizabethan surrounding of the Chestnut Courtyard and Brewhouse. Castle Howard
The Twelve Days of Christmas

Enjoy a truly magical day out as Castle Howard is transformed for the festive season. Experience the magnificent decorations as you journey through the House’s grand state rooms. Open fires, candle light and live music evoke all that we love about this special time of year, with the iconic 25 foot traditional Christmas tree adorned with over 3,000 baubles providing a breath-taking highlight in the Great Hall.
Inspirational design team Charlotte Lloyd Webber and Bretta Gereke have worked with the theme ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’ to produce a stunning array of flamboyant displays and installations to surprise and delight visitors of all ages, including a fun indoor Children’s trail.

Welcome to a fantasy Christmas at Harewood

It’s Christmas Eve 1928 and two little boys are looking forward to the morning ahead. Whilst they sleep their dreams start to come to life.
For the second year running, Harewood House will open at Christmas, this year dressed by Creative Director Simon Costin.
Entre a Christmas dreamscape that extends from the House into the surrounding grounds, with festive-themed music, events, demonstrations and experiences, including an encounter with Father Christmas.
Holkham
Make Christmas Special at Holkham
Join in the festivities as Holkham Hall in north Norfolk opens its doors for its seasonal celebrations in 2018. Candlelight Tours of the hall to see the spectacular decorations, seasonal music and opera, along with some hands-on craft workshops to make seasonal decorations for your home, will all be part of the magnificent line-up
Leeds Castle
‘Paddington and the Christmas Surprise’

Join our storyteller in the Castle Library to hear ‘Paddington and the Christmas Surprise’ by Michael Bond. Join Paddington™ on a festive adventure as he discovers why Santa Claus makes everyone’s Christmas so special.
Storytelling takes place three times on each date and lasts for approximately 20 minutes. £5 per child with a maximum of two free accompanying adults. Admission tickets are also required to Leeds Castle.
Wander through the Christmas Market to an enchanted path leading to a magical grotto. Father Christmas will be waiting to greet you. Those who have been good, which of course you all are, will receive a traditional gift to take home.

Jonathan Moseley return to Woburn Abbey to present this fantastic seasonal study day.
Jonathan has been working professionally with flowers for over 20 years. Known for being innovative and creative with his designs, he enjoys nothing more than nurturing new talent and regularly holds workshops and demonstrations across the country.
This Christmas Flowers session will give participants the opportunity to experience Jonathan’s talent first hand, and learn new techniques from him as well as developing existing skills.
